Images Hair Design, 1911 16th Street, Moline is the best and most professional place in the cities to get your hair done. I LOVE THEM, MY HAIR IS VIBRANT, COLORFUL, SHARP and I get compliments and I recommend Ian or Sheila if your want the best. They are very experienced in the hair salon business. Great job! Thank you! (I drive past 30 salons to get to them, they're worth it!)
